Our Jobbing foundry excels in pattern equipment upkeep. We have a specialized storage area for easy access and an in-house shop for maintenance.
We use AutoCAST Simulation Software for precise casting predictions, saving time and resources. This eliminates the need for extensive shop trials, with method cards kept for each item.
Three 550KW Inductotherm furnaces, 500kg capacity. Advanced Melt evaluator technology, online temp measurement, and fume extraction. Six ladles for efficient casting.
We employ 2nos. 500kg capacity spinner hanger shot-blasting machine and a 300kg capacity tumblast type machine for runner, riser removal, and casting finishing.
